Payment is in full, however as long as we have more than 14 days notice of any changes or cancellation we are happy to refund in full.
With less than 14 days unfortunately you would loose your payment as printing will have already begun.

We will come to your villa. We will need to have a security permission if this is in a gated community, please contact your villa manager to ensure that we can enter.

Failure for us to enter, we can reschedule for once you have arrived (subject to availability) however, if we can not enter due to no security permissions being put in place, or through a situation through no fault of the decorator unfortunately you would lose your payment.

We will always try our best to have decorations complete prior to your arrival. Please let us know your flight time so that we can arrange this.
