Top indoor level is the large living area with 60' Dish TV, dining table with seating for 8, granite and stainless kitchen with cow-hide upholstered bar stools with additional seating for 6. Plus a bonus room with seating for 4.

"The Crows-nest" is an outdoor circular space with seating for 4 which has wonderful views of the Arch. It's a great space to enjoy an evening cocktail while enjoying some of Cabo's most beautiful sunsets!

Guest access

The guests will have full access to the villa of Casa Pato. There is a lower garage that is not available for guests as it is currently occupied with a boat. There is parking in front of the villa and also in the circular area located just in front of the villa.

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Sun-Thurs. 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. Friday and Saturday. These noise ordinances are regulated. Fines are issued. Fines can be issued and will be the responsibility of the guests. Repeated offenses could possibly result in the removal of guests with repeated offenses.

Loud music, yelling and screaming excessively are not permitted out of respect for the neighbors. Fines can be issued and will be the responsibility of the renters.
